### Refunds and Cancellations

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a colleague at no additional cost. Substitution requests must be submitted in writing to [**marketing@pqegroup.com**](mailto:marketing@pqegroup.com).

Cancellations notified on or before **November 6, 2026** are eligible for a refund, minus a 20% administrative fee. The effective cancellation date will be considered the date on which written notification is received by the organizer. 

**Cancellations received after November 6, 2026 are not eligible for a refund.**
