Start-Up pavilion is a connection point for startups to network with key figures in the pharmaceutical industry, as well as global investors, accelerators, incubators, and government delegates you can showcase your revolutionary idea and an opportunity to receive one of the 3 awards.
To qualify for a stand in the Start-Up pavilion, your company should meet the following criteria:
• Self-identifies as a “Start-up”
• Operates within the FemTech field, specifically in the pharmaceutical. Biopharmaceutical, medical cannabis, digital or medical device field
• Offer a product/medical device that falls within one of the seven Start-up Phases
PACKAGE INCLUDES
- Bar table with two bar stools during the whole event
- One sign of 200 x 90 cm with the company’s name and logo (Graphic will be sent by the start-up company)
- 1 electrical outlet
- Acknowledgment of company logo will be published in the official Symposium website
- Acknowledgment of company logo will be published in the official PQE Group FemTech blog page with a special focus on the FemTech Ambassador’s LinkedIn Page
- 1 exhibitor badge* – entry to exhibition and networking areas and scientific session
*Additional pass for start-up representative is Euro 200

A jury of experts from around the world will select the winners in the following categories:
WOMEN ADVOCACY AWARD

A company that demonstrates significant potential while also addressing a critical and pressing issue affecting women health worldwide
INNOVATION
AWARD
Requirement:
A company with the most
innovative concept, ideally backed by some proof of concept
OUTSTANDING
MEDICAL DEVICE
Requirement:
A company with an outstanding medical device
Judgement
DAY 1
At the end of day 1, the judges will select the top 6 companies to present their products to the entire judging panel. This presentation can be done through a PowerPoint (PP) or in-person demonstration of the device (maximum 10 minutes). Following the company presentations, the prizes will be selected.
DAY 2
At the conclusion of day 2, the judges will present the respective prizes to the winning companies during the main event. The victorious companies will also have their product summaries announced to the entire event floor.
Awards
The three winning companies will each receive €10,000.00 in consulting services from PQE Group.
